Flexible Access Control and Security

Having a storage array being accessed by multiple users means you need to control access to partitions by various clients attached via different interfaces. InfoSlice provides such access control via easily configurable Access Control Lists. Access Control can be configured individually for each computer, so user will see only permitted LUNs on InfoSlice. Access rights are controlled via several criteria such as interface type, SCSI id (SCSI), WWN (FC only), user name (iSCSI) or IP address (iSCSI).

InfoSlice's built-in Access Control feature eliminates security and data integrity concerns. Any client will only have access to the parts of storage which were configured for him.
